Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition, it was received. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.

Please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to help with your return. We will make our best effort to get back to you as quickly as possible during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm EST. You can contact our customer service team by emailing INFO@SALTYBONZ.COM. Please include the following information for our team to create this return: order number, billing last name and email on the order, as well as the product name, quantity, color, item condition, and the reason for the return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then you will need to go back to SaltyBonz.com and place a new order.​

When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned merchandise is received by our warehouse, your refund is submitted within 1-2 business days. Please note that it can sometimes take several weeks for your bank to apply the refund to your account.

What about Web Specials/Closeout Items?

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items listed in the Closeout or Web specials categories.
